In a series of tweets last week, the Twitter chief executive Jack Dorsey announced plans to limit the number of bullies and harassers on the website. A year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in a series of voyeurism cases after allegedly recording an upskirt video of a woman at Canberra MRT station. The police said they received a report from the woman on Monday Mar 2 , about how she had been filmed by an unknown man at the station. Through investigations and with the aid of images from police cameras, officers from Woodlands Police Division established the suspect's identity and arrested him on Mar 4.
