Authorities in Florida have arrested a burrito-loving creep who allegedly snapped an upskirt photo or video of an unsuspecting teenager waiting to order food at Chipotle. The man was waiting in line to order when he bent down and put his phone beneath the clothing of a teenage girl. He then quickly glanced at his device before looking around the restaurant, where several other patrons were waiting to order ahead of the young victim, video shows. Chipotle employees told investigators that the suspect had been a frequent customer there, visiting several times a week — typically around lunchtime — for the past five years, deputies said. In a series of tweets last week, the Twitter chief executive Jack Dorsey announced plans to limit the number of bullies and harassers on the website. It's been claimed Twitter's head of safety policy then sent an email to the firm's Trust and Safety Council, setting out what sort of content they wanted to wipe from the social network. This email was obtained and published by Wired , which reported that anyone who posts naked images of someone without their permission will be permanently banned. The site's definition of non-consensual nudity will also be expanded to include "upskirt imagery", "creepshots" and "hidden camera content", the email said. People who receive crude sexual propositions or comments will be able to report the person who sent them. Anyone sharing the symbols of these groups - such as swastikas or ISIS flags - is likely to be given the boot. Women's groups have boycotted the site in protest after actress Rose McGowan's account had its features disabled in the midst of the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct scandal. A year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in a series of voyeurism cases after allegedly recording an upskirt video of a woman at Canberra MRT station. The police said they received a report from the woman on Monday Mar 2 , about how she had been filmed by an unknown man at the station. Through investigations and with the aid of images from police cameras, officers from Woodlands Police Division established the suspect's identity and arrested him on Mar 4. He will be charged in court on Mar 6 with voyeurism, which carries a jail term of up to two years, and a fine or caning.
The issue? Voyeurism is punishable under the Criminal Code of Canada. Dayley said penalties would depend on the charges laid once a suspect is identified. The account—brought to the attention of CPS late Monday night—had about 17, followers and was active for almost a year before it was permanently suspended Tuesday morning.
